Following the success of the world premier of ‘Eternal Voices’ in Exeter Cathedral in November 2010, the Exeter Festival Chorus, the Saint Michael’s Singers and the Royal Marines Band Scotland performed ‘Eternal Voices’ once again on 15th October 2011, in Coventry Cathedral. In October 2012 Eternal Voices was performed in Chichester Cathedral to wide critical acclaim raising several thousand pounds for Royal Marines Charities.
The musical programme included music by Karl Jenkins, Elgar, Parry, Beethoven and John Williams. One of the highlights was the evocative ‘Eternal Voices’ by Adam Gorb and Ben Kaye which pays tribute to members of our Armed Forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
The next Eternal Voices concert is being planned for October 2014 in a Cathedral in the south of England. More details to follow on this website later in the year.
Proceeds will go to the Royal Marines Charitable Trust.
